If the applicant leaves Taiwan for over two years for study, employment, residency, or travel, does it violate the regulation in Article 19, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the guidelines?

Article 19, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the guidelines refers to relocating the domicile out of Taipei or leaving Taiwan for over two years during the interest subsidy period due to study, employment, residency, or travel, resulting in automatic deregistration by the Household Registration Office. However, if the applicant leaves Taiwan for over two years due to studying the approved master's, doctoral degree, or professional certification, it does not apply. Upon completing the studies or obtaining the certification, the applicant must move their domicile back to Taipei and submit the household registration transcript to the lending bank within three months. Failure to do so will be considered as moving the domicile out of Taipei.
