The Career Support Division integrates one-stop service comprehensive support for youth in career development, internships, employment, and entrepreneurship. We provide the skills and resources for youth career development. Here's what we offer:

1.Career Exploration and Skill Improvement

We encourage youth to start planning their careers early and develop practical workplace skills. This helps bridge the gap between education and employment, expands future career options, and enhances competitiveness in the job market. The Department for Youth provides subsidies for internship, further education and participating in career development activities.

2. Internship Opportunities
 To help youth strengthen their workplace capabilities and adaptability, the Department for Youth continues to develop diverse internship opportutnities. We work with youth to explore their interests and plan their career paths, ensuring they are well-prepared before entering the workplace.

3. Entrepreneurship Support
The Department for Youth begin offering youth business loans in 2025. We provide personalized startup consulting, a series of courses, an All-in-one entrepreneurship service, and various entrepreneurship subsidies—supporting youth to take their first steps starting a business and making an impact.
