7. Complete the tendering of E&M systems and commence the initial civil engineering of the project "Wuri-Wenxin-Beitun MRT line in Taichung Metropolitan Area."

8. Strive for approval from the Executive Yuan for the route planning of Taipei MRT Project Stage 3 Phase 1.

9. Complete the selection of land for development for Zhongli Station and Taoyuan metropolitan area MRT initial network (priority new routes).

10. Begin construction of Yuanshan Park arena for 2010 Taipei International Gardening and Horticulture Exposition and complete its main structure.

11. Continue soliciting investors and signing investment contracts for Taipei Main Station District Parcel C1/D1 Joint Development building so as to implement the construction of the Joint Development buildings.

12. Complete the construction of Parcel No.T9 Joint Development Project, begin its operation, and resettle Taipei Bus Station for long-distance trips.

13. Continue the planning and design of the establishment of Taipei MRT Museum.
