Preliminary review and analysis by the staff members
A preliminary review is conducted by the staff member after receipt of each proposal. The proposal is returned to the planning department for revision if it does not meet the legal requirements. Otherwise, the related maps, information and data are referred, the proposal is reviewed in detail, the site is investigated, the public opinion is collected, the related units are consulted if necessary, and then a report is prepared for the commissioners’ reference so that details of the proposal are duly aware of, appropriate resolution can be made and the efficiency of reviewing can be improved.
