- In 1976 - Designated as an industrial development zone
- January 15th, 1985 - Promulgation of the "Principal Planning of Details for Adjacent Areas Surrounding the Neihu Light Industry Zone"
- August 9th, 1990 - Enactment of "Management Regulations and Counseling for Developing Taipei Neihu Light Industrial Zone"
- February 1996- Development completed and TNTP was opened up to corporate establishments
- June 1st, 2001 - Establishment of "the Taipei Neihu Light Industrial Zone Service Center"
- December 26th, 2001 - "Neihu Light Industrial Zone" was officially rechristened to "Neihu Technology Park," now "TNTP" for short
- June 18th, 2002 - Establishment of Taipei Neihu Technology Park Development Association
- October 28th, 2002 - Regulations were relaxed to allow corporate HQs to set up base in TNTP
- July 26th, 2002 - Promulgation and implementation of "The Modification of the Taipei Neihu Technology Park (the original Neihu Light Industry Zone) Project"
- December 30th, 2003 - Promulgation of "Secondary Core Industry Use Permit and Incentive Packages for the Taipei Neihu Technology Park"
- May 17th, 2004 - Promulgation of Relaxed Regulations for Opening up the Park to Secondary Industrial Projects
- September 19th, 2004 - Inauguration of the Association of Administrative Committees of Neihu Technology Park Taipei
- November 22nd, 2004 - "Establishment of TNTP Cross-Departmental Academia-Industry Cooperation Promotion Center," the Center was expanded on March 15th, 2005 to become "Greater TNTP Cross-Departmental Promotion Center"
- In November, 2006 set up Academia-Enterprise Cooperation Center in Taipei Neihu Technology Park
- September 11th, 2007 - Department of Economic Development formally set up a specialized "Hi-Tech Promotion Center"
- August 5th, 2008 - Promulgation of Amendment to "Urban Planning in the Southern Dawan Industrial Zone" and "the 5th Stage of Neihu Re-zoning Area Project;" conditions for corporation establishments are identical to those for TNTP
- June 2008- Construction completion of "TNTP Service Building"
- January 17th, 2009 - Amendment to "the Secondary Core Industry Use Permit and Incentive Packages for the Taipei Neihu Technology Park" to "the Secondary Core Industry Use Permit and Incentive Packages for the Greater Taipei Neihu Technology Park"
- March 2010- Construction completion of "TNTP Discovery Hall"
