This included reviewing proposals for six agencies and 10 staff members for occupational development institutes under the Department of Labor, Taipei City Archives under the Department of Cultural Affairs, Department of Economic Development, Department of Health, Department of Transportation (including TPCG’s Taipei City Parking Management and Development Office and Taipei City Traffic Engineering Office), and the Department of Education (covering three city institutes including municipal universities and Zhong Zheng Senior High School, 28 schools including Neihu Senior High School, and adding 12 classes to 11 elementary level schools including Yuhang Kindergarten and the Kuangfu Elementary School’s affiliated kindergarten). |

| The fourth meeting of the TPCG Organization Structure Review Committee for the year 2024 was held to deliberate on the proposed amendments to the organizational regulations for various land administration offices in Taipei City under the Department of Land Administration and to establish the staffing tables (draft) for these offices, as well as to abolish the staffing table for six agencies, including the Taipei City Songshan Land Office.

| A personnel supervisor exchange meeting for the year 2024 was held at the Taipei City Teacher’s In-Service Education Center, with Minister Neng-chieh Shih from the Ministry of Civil Service delivering a speech and Deputy Director Shu-fen Cheng presenting a special lecture. A total of 43 attendees included the commissioner, deputy commissioner, heads of various divisions within the Department of Personnel, and personnel supervisors from first-level agencies.

| The sixth meeting of the year 2024 was convened to discuss proposals for increasing or adjusting the budget staffing levels of five agencies under the TPCG, including the Secretariat, Department of Civil Affairs, Public Works Department, Department of Economic Development, and Department of Education, involving a total of 11 staffing plans.

| The Department of Personnel and its affiliated personnel institutions held an information session for the promotion of the 7th-level personnel in charge (group, section) to the supervisory position within the promotion series, inviting directors from the personnel office of the Department of Finance and the Department of Education to share their experiences regarding the attitudes and responsibilities of grassroots supervisors in various agencies and schools. Additionally, the division chief of the Human Resources Division under the Department of Personnel introduced the promotion series and career planning for personnel in the department, with a total of 64 participants attending the two sessions.
