1. Motor vehicles shall undergo the annual regular air pollutant emissions testing after five years.
2. The regular air pollutant emissions testing term is from pre-issued till next issued month of vehicle license.
3. In-use motor vehicles shall undergo regular air pollutant emissions testing; the owner of a motor vehicle for which testing reveals a failure to comply with the emissions standards shall make repairs and apply for retesting within one month. The owner of a motor vehicle that has not undergone regular testing or for which retesting still reveals a failure may be prohibited from renewing their vehicle license.
