Taipei Fine Arts Museum

In order to mark World Water Day (March 22), Taipei Feitsui Reservoir Administration (TFRA) invites watershed residents and volunteers to plant arbors including camphor and other native species trees to protect the water resources.
The 1.6 hectares plantation field belonging to the state was occupied illegally for years to plant betel nut trees. For the protection of water resources, TFRA decided to remove all of these illegal trees and plant arbors to conserve water and soil. In addition, this plantation area will be a part of reservoir buffer zone to alleviate water pollution. For the sake of sustainable use of water resources, TFRA will put all efforts into banning any illegal land appropriation around the reservoir to ensure a healthier water supply.
