The Commission comprises four divisions, a consumer protection office, and an accounting office in order to cover different competent bureaus & departments:

to take charge of the research & drafting of rules & regulations and the examination review of State compensation cases in the scope of Bureau of Education, Bureau of Social Affairs, Taipei Fire Dept., Taipei City Police Headquarters, Secretariat, Bureau of Health, Dept. of Land Administration, Bureau of Civil Affairs, and their subordinate organizations under the Taipei City Government.

to take charge of the compilation & printing of rules regulations; the retaining management of information; the promulgation of rules orders; other affairs of official documentation and cashier.

to take charge of planning & drafting of the City regulations, on-job training and education advancement for legal staff; printing and promoting of City regulations; legal research on general administrative laws; research, development and evaluation on legal administrative matters.
