The Double Double Ninth Festival
The Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government hold “The Senior Volunteers’ Award Ceremony” on October 1, and lunched “The Free Services the Elderly on the Double Ninth Festival” on October 2 to encourage all the elderly enjoy the free facilities in Taipei. DOSW also hold "The elderly manpower Double Ninth Festival Special Lecture: Open the treasure chest of memory - enrich the rest of the golden years " activities on October 4.
