TCPD urges the public to stay alert to fraudulent schemes and memorize three anti-fraud measures, i.e., to stay calm, investigate, and inform the police. The public can also work with the police in maintaining public order by making use of the anti-fraud hotline “165”, or “110” emergency phone number to report suspected fraud.
