Taipei Fine Arts Museum

The Department of Social Welfare (DOSW) of Taipei City Government (TCG) has established 19 public Children's Day Care Centers to accommodate and give proper care to about 3,500 children, aged 2-6 years old.

The first center, “Taipei Municipal Jian Cheng（Datong） Children's Day Care Center,” was established in May, 1952.

The other 18 centers, in different districts, began providing services from 1973 to 1981. The 19 Children's Day Care Centers are listed as follow.

After the re-organizational structure of DOSW on Setember 11,2007,the municipal children`s day care centers are revised one in each district.

Now, the totals of children`s day care centers are twelve in taipei city.
