b. Assisting the establishment of a negotiation channel between labors and employers.
2. Labor Welfare
a. Assisting employers to set up workers' welfare committee;
b. Providing subsidies to housing for workers .
c. Subsidizing labor and health insurance for Taipei City workers.
d. Promoting day care subsidies for workers to fulfill gender equality in the workplace.
3. Work Regulation Review
Reviewing working contracts by company which become a management consensus between employers and laborers.
4. Reviewing the reserve fund of retirement payment for workers!
