1. Labor Condition and Rights Protection
a.Taking charge of the reported conflict between laborers and employers and proceeding the mediation and negotiation between two parties.
b.Establishing the laborers rights and interests fund to subsidize laborers in litigation.
2. Workers' Safety and Health
a.Providing labor safety and health guide, education and training ,and enhancing occupational disease prevention.
b. Setting up the occupational disease identification committee, and accepting the reported cases for further identification of the disease.
3. Foreign Labors in Taipei
a .Establishing Foreign Worker Culture Center called HOME that provides a lot of activities and services.
b.Holding poetry competition every year to make Taiwanese people understand more about foreign worker's feeling inside.
4. Legal Consultation
Providing free legal consultation service to the labor public of the City from 14:00-17:00, Wednesday each week.
