3.According to Article 43 of the Statute of Funeral and Burial Management, “Funeral homes shall specify the products and services they provide to consumers in a written contract. Under no circumstances shall funereal homes claim for items not provided in the contract or blackmail additional fees with whatsoever items.” Therefore, the mourning family (consumer) shall read the contract carefully before signing it, and shall examine the receipt when funeral homes claim the charge to ensure that the fees specified in the contract are consistent with the claims.
