Taipei Fine Arts Museum

The Xinhu Elementary School Activity Center New Construction Project involves a 5-story above-ground and 1-story underground structure made of steel-reinforced concrete (SRC). The underground level serves as both a shelter and parking area, while levels 1 to 3 above ground is a high-ceilinged multifunctional court, and levels 4 to 5 is an auditorium. The main exterior design features béton brut paired with wood color gratings and colorful glass, creating a building that blends intelligent efficiency with contemporary design elegance.

The construction of this activity center was completed on June 3, 2023 and is opened for use after obtaining the permit on November 23 of the same year. Apart from improving the learning environment for students and addressing the lack of indoor assembly spaces at the school, the auditorium on the 4th and 5th floors also caters to students' varied needs for talent performances and audio-visual gatherings. Through cultural events and performances, it elevates the cultural ambiance of the surrounding community, emerging as a new highlight of Xinhu Elementary School.
