In each Day Care Center, the Superintendent is in charge of overseeing the center and its overall operating system.

The two sections under Superintendent are Education and Care Section and Social Work Section:

• Education and Care Section
  • Childcare Worker： Living and Dietary Care, Safety and Behavior Guidance, Learning Instruction.
  • Nurse： Nutrition and Health, Danger Prevention, Medication Management for Sick Children, Health Management.
• Social Work Section
  • Clerk： Cashier, Assets Management, Document Management.
  • Maintenance Worker： Environment Maintenance, Meal Preparation, Kitchen Work.
  • Technical Worker： Equipment Maintenance, Environment Maintenance, Kitchen Management.
