The Duties of RDEC

  • Evaluate the procedures and initiatives taken by agencies to ensure they comply with mayoral polices.(Comprehensive Planning Office)
  • Supervise public opinion surveys on mayoral policies. (Research and Development Division)
  • Monitor and control the implementation of agencies on Mayor’s White Papers and important annual controlled projects. (Control and Evaluation Division)
  • Promote and evaluate the government service quality. Review and simplify of application process on a regular basis. (Service Enhancement Division)
  • Supervise and manage documents, data and government publications.(Documents, Data & Publications Division)
  • Coordinate operating standard and management of 1999 call center. (1999 Hotline Management Division)
