River Administration Section: The main responsibilities of this division are the maintenance and management of river-related construction works. This includes review of applications for riverbank use, management of floodgates and evacuation exits, issuing penalties for violations of the Water Act, administration of fines, project design and supervision for higher shorelines, harbor maintenance of the Blue Highway, and river beautification efforts.
