The Compensation Division is responsible for:
A. Executing payment management in accordance with related laws and regulations. 
B. Managing insurance, retire benefits, death benefits and fringe benefits programs.
C. Planning TCG Physical Exam Program.
D. Conducting activities for current or retired city employees.
E. Assisting civil and teaching personnel of the Taipei City Government to find the lowest home loan rate from a bank.
F. Reviewing the emergency loan application.
G. Reviewing the mutual assistance application.
