Applying for Admission to the Institute Case Description Taipei residents with mental disabilities can apply for admission to the Institute. Required Documents Submit photocopies of both the Disability Identification document and the Household Domicile Registration. How to Apply Fill out the Application Form, attach the required documents and apply via one of the following methods:
1. In person
2. By fax
3. By mail
4. Via the Internet by visiting Taipei e-services online (Chinese)
Processing time 50 days Office accepting applications and inquiry telephone number Social Work Section Assessment Procedure for Admission Required documents received→ Home visit by social worker→ Case review by a assessment team→ Case accepted or rejected.
