Facilities Available	Application for the use of event facilities/venues. Hua-Gang Area The conference room of 2nd Floor The basket court of 2nd Floor Recreation Center of 3rd Floor The playground of 2nd basement floor
Eligible Applicants and Purpose	For training, activities, seminars and forums by the general public.
Rental Application Accepted	From 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mon –Fri.
Conditions for Rental	Complete the application form and submit to Administrative Services two weeks in advance.
How to Apply	Fill out the Application Form, attach the required documents and apply via one of the following methods: 1. In person 2. By fax 3. By mail 4. Via the Internet by visiting Taipei e-services online (Chinese) Note: Only a partial process is provided via the online application. Please visit the e-services website to inquire the status of your application.
