The Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government, held a press conference in ENJOY Taipei restaurant on 2 May,2016 . Not only providing 24H sign language interpretation, but also showing speech on the Screen for deaf or hard hearing.what is the latter service？By rapid typing members,who will type what he hearing and show on a computer screen or external monitor.It is a new communication service.
