Public-Private Partnerships between Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government cooperated with the g0v Community to create The Victim Care Service of Cloud Integration─Victim Identification App&Be On the LookOut Website& Bifrost System, that winning the 2017 Innovative Application Award. And the system was also being exhibited at The 2017 Smart City Summit & Expo during 21st to 24th, February, 2017.
