To build disaster emergency logistics management system, Department of Social Welfare, Taipei City Government and HCT Logistics signed cooperation agreements
On September 20, Department of Social Welfare（DOSW）, Taipei City Government signed cooperation agreements in disaster emergency logistics management with HCT Logistics. HCT will help DOSW with relief goods transportation, logistic consultant, warehouse management and system interfacing. To build disaster emergency logistics management system, and achieve the goal of making best use of things and smooth flow of goods.
