Taipei City West Dist. Assistive Technology Centre, the first-ever exhibition space for home scene assistive technology devices in Taipei, unveiled on Nov 22nd, 2016.
Unveiled on 22nd, Taipei City West Dist. Assistive Technology holds the first-ever exhibition space for home scene assistive technology devices. The exhibition space, which is divided into zones of living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, allows the visitors to clearly understand the purposes and features of every assistive device. In addition, it is in initial cooperation with hospitals to establish “Assistive Technology Lending Substation” which offers people a more convenient way to access the direct rent of assistive technology devices at hospitals. The Commissioner of Department of Social Welfare, Hsu Li-Min joined the grand opening ceremony of Taipei City West Dist. Assistive Technology Centre.
