    To promote self-reliance disabilities living and social participation ability, as well as to mitigate the burden of family care,Department of Socail Welfare ,Taipei city Government was founded at the beginning of public apply privately-operated community daily Minsheng Workshop on 26 April,2016. Main daily workshop offers simple operational activities of disabled persons, recreational cultural and recreational activities, the diversification of the day care services.
