Taipei City Government begins “Integrated Care Services Project “in 4 communities with high elderly population and sets up service stations which have care managers provide integrated home-base services such as home-base care services, aids services, household barrier-free environment Improvement services, home-base rehabilitation services, home-base medical services and hospice care. Taipei City Government will develop long-term care resources positively, and aim to set up “Community integrated service center ( A center)” in every district and “eating-together station” in every neighborhood. We will help our integrated care services projects geared into A-B-C service model in order to take care all the elderly with long-term care needs.
